    Pros +

    • We had a nice stay! Our family of 4 spent a total of 12 nights there. We paid extra for the breakfast each day and every time, the chef would recognize us and cooked special omelets for us! The rooms are clean, huge showers, great variety of food at breakfast, and just in front of Chiba Chuo station where you can easily connect to other cities. Countless restaurants inside said station. Right next to a 7 eleven, other supermarkets and 10 minutes away from Nishi-Chiba Catholic Church! Will definitely stay there again!
    • Staff was amazing and didn’t make me embarrassed for my poor Japanese, they also had someone who was at least bilingual on staff it seemed like. They also have bath salts available!! That was above and beyond for me you can have a soak in the tub with multiple different scents of bath salts. Location was great too although really far from where I had to go. The Italian restaurant in there was also delicious and I’ve been to Italy several times. It was a chaotic journey so just nice to come there and have the staff be so great, check in was also really easy. Also walking distance to some castle ruins (like under 15 minutes!) and right across the street from 7/11.
    • The Hotel is located in a walking distance to Chiba-Chuo station, with good access to public transport and stores. The staff were friendly and polite. We could get free coffee, tea, hair & skin care products at the counter 24 hours. The room was clean and comfortable, large enough for two people.

    Cons -

    • Nothing!
    • No notes I would have stayed longer if I could have.
    • The air circulation in the room is not so good.

The staff in this hotel are super friendly. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. I love the breakfast served on the first floor.

The air circulation in the room is not so good.

The location was good for people who don’t have car as it was right in front of the Chiba Chuo station and if you are traveling with car, this hotel offers parking space as well (with ~1600 yen fee). The receptionist was very attentive and welcoming. The hotel offers everything you needed, so it was a nice experience overall.I also wanted to give some extra points for how big the room was and how good the bathroom is! Three of us didn’t have much difficulty staying in the room at all. The breakfast was standard, but delicious :-)

The room and enclosed bathroom/bathtub and shower area was amazing. Loved that the room has an air purifier, massage chair, and low lighting options. The bed is super comfortable too. I’ll be booking again with Daiwa Roynet Hotels in the future!

The area at night time is more rough than the touristy areas of the larger cities. Still felt safe enough to walk around with a friend but I wouldn’t do it alone if it’s your first time visiting Chiba.

    I like the bathroom . It's a 10 rate for me.

The breakfast buffet did not meet my expectations and was not worth the price. The menu selection was quite limited. I requested a refill for an empty dessert tray, but I was informed that it was already out of stock — and it was only 8 a.m. Another customer also wanted to have the same dessert but was unable to. It was rather disappointing, and I hope the management ensures this does not happen again in the future.

This was the first hotel I ever stayed in during my very first visit to Japan. I really like the location as it’s close to several train stations, easy access to taxis and right by the Perie Mall.

I honestly didn’t really have any issues with the property.

    Cleanliness, comfortable beds and bathroom.

    Price a little high.

    10HannaPosted on: 9-23-2025

Clean, very close to the train station and the staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating

    8WannachanPosted on: 8-19-2025

The room was spacious and clean. It was located just in front of Keisei Chiba-Chuo Sta., a walking distance (650m) from JR Chiba Sta. It was easy to find food at the mall in the Keisei Sta. Staff were helpful. Price was reasonable.

It was a great hotel! Went to Chiba for a sports event, and the location was great, walkable area with everything surrounding it! The staff were also really sweet! Also loved all the free amenities they were providing!

Very good location,, the room is very clean and comfy, breakfast is good and the staff is friendly

    10ToshihidePosted on: 6-12-2025

The hotel room is very spacious, clean and close to the train station as well as grocery and other restaurants and cafe. We love the bathroom the most since the toilet is separate from the shower and bathtub by a glass door and very spacious as well. The full-sized bathtub is even separate from the shower. Moreover, the view from the large bedroom window is quite relaxing.

    8AhmedPosted on: 5-28-2025

The staff were very friendly, near by the metro station only 3 min and 7 eleven near by only 2 min

The break fast was not up to expectation but from 7 eleven you can take your breakfast, also the room was so small, finally the checkout was very early 11:00 AM

    10JonathanPosted on: 5-18-2025

The location of the hotel was very convenient being across the road from Chiba station. The hotel was clean, everyone was nice. Very impressing service and an overall great stay at this hotel.

There's a crosswalk just outside the hotel and depending on what room you have you can hear the tone that plays when your able to cross.

    10SofiaPosted on: 4-29-2025

Friendly staff.Bathroom is spacious with separate bath and shower.Location is great.

We had no view from our room. The window opens a bit to see the next building which was very close.Only had 2 pillows on the bed. (1 per person).

    8BiancaPosted on: 4-28-2025

Spacious room, great bathroom, nice and clean, breakfast was nice too! 7/11 is literally out the front too :)

The only thing I would say, would be the beds, they’re pretty stiff and not the most comfortable, but that would be the only thing

    8AndrewPosted on: 4-26-2025

Great location, price, room size and amenities on site

Mattresses! Hotel, please change them as they are waaaay too thin and hard

    10OliverPosted on: 4-25-2025

Because this was my very first-time visiting Japan, everything seemed pretty overwhelming at first. However, as each day passed, the easier it became for me to get more accustomed to the Japanese way of life. The staff at the hotel were friendly and spoke excellent English. The food was also delicious, and I had a great time seeing everything that surrounds the hotel.

I really don't have any complaints or criticisms to offer.
